Pentax K-5

Pentax K-5 16.3 MP Digital SLR with 18-55mm Lens and 3-Inch LCD (Black)
The Pentax K-5 will offer a 16.3 megapixel resolution, a 3-inch viewfinder LCD display, and ISO sensitivity from 80 all the way to 12,800—and that can be expanded all the way to 51,200 for low-noise, low-light photography. The K-5 sports a responsive 11-point autofocus system, a burst mode for action photography that can handle up to 7 frames per second, and a body-based shake reduction system that’s compatible with every Pentax lens that’s ever been made. The camera accepts SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards, handles Pentax PEF and ADobe DNG 14-bit RAW files, sports a 77-segment metering system, and comes with a bunch of in-camera effects and filters for creative photography. The K-5 also sports improved high dynamic range (HDR) image capture with additional blending modes and improved image alignment for handheld shots, and the camera can handle shooting 1080p high-definition video at 25 frames per second—and users can push content to HDTVs via an HDMI port.

Making the camera more appealing to outdoors types, the K-5 offers a stainless steel chassis covered with magnesium alloy, and the camera is full weather sealed and coldproof: Pentax says the K-5 stands up to water, fog, snow, dust, sand, and other environmental hazards.
